Hubei Shanding Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. has started the process of school-enterprise cooperation with Hubei Polytechnic of Industry since 2009。With the needs of enterprise development，Our company also takes school-enterprise cooperation as the carrier，It has further cooperated extensively with the School of Environment of Peking University, the School of Environment of Tsinghua University and its affiliated Tsinghua Institute of Environmental Engineering Design, the School of Water Environment of China University of Geosciences (Beijing), Hefei University of Technology and other well-known scientific research institutes，The new technologies and processes of these well-known research institutes are transformed into scientific and technological achievements in a timely and effective manner，And applied in sewage treatment and environmental comprehensive remediation of specific projects。These measures have further improved the level of school-enterprise cooperation and eased our company's urgent need for technology and talents。
Through school-enterprise cooperation, our company will bring the experience of engineering cases into the classroom, so that the majority of college students can enter the factory without leaving the campus, so as to apply what they learn, solve the common problems of college students' poor practical ability and lack of practical knowledge, and realize that they can take a job after leaving the school。It also provides a group of excellent environmental protection talents for the majority of enterprises, and provides technical support and talent reserve for the implementation of the project。
2012年，It was undertaken by Professor Cui Kangping, School of Resources and Environment, Hefei University of Technology，Research and Demonstration Project on Key Technologies for Water Quality Safety Assurance of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project "Research and Demonstration Project on Key Technologies for Water Quality Safety Assurance of Hubei Hanku Catchment Basin" Sub-Project 4 "Ecological Buffer Barrier and Water Quality Improvement in River/River Channel in Situ Enhanced Pollution Reduction Technology Demonstration" (NO:2012ZX07205002-04，2012.1-2014.12) Implementation in Shiyan area。During the implementation of the project, our company, Hubei Vocational and Technical College of Industry and Hefei University of Technology carried out a wide range of school-enterprise cooperation, the first two undertook the pilot test equipment, manufacturing demonstration project construction, as long as 2 years of each unit water quality testing and other tasks。During the implementation of this project, our company and Hubei Vocational and Technical College of Industry have carried out a more in-depth understanding and research on the core technologies of related topics, and formed a close and mature cooperation model with Hefei University of Technology, which has laid a foundation for the implementation of this project。
In 2017, Hubei Province science and technology Huimin Plan project with an investment of nearly 30 million yuan "Sihe River Basin Maojian East New District Industrial Park Water pollution remediation project" was successfully launched。As the lead unit, our company is responsible for the management organization, coordination, integration and declaration of the project, the use and management of funds, the summary of successful experience and practices, the compilation and printing of technical results, and the formulation of demonstration and promotion plans。Hefei University of Technology is responsible for technical support in this project, guiding and implementing the application of the scientific and technological achievements of the national "water special" project held by Hefei University of Technology in this project, and responsible for the technical training of the project。Hubei Polytechnic is responsible for supporting the technical personnel during the project implementation.Responsible for monitoring tasks during project implementation, operation and acceptance;Responsible for the training of the students of the school, combined with other implementation units of the project to give full play to the advantages of production, learning and research, to ensure that the project tasks can be completed as scheduled with quality and quantity。Through the implementation of this project, the foundation of school-enterprise cooperation will be further solid, and the future of our company's development will be broader。
On May 31, 2018, Professor Zhou Yuanxiang from the School of Resources and Environmental Engineering of Hefei University of Technology visited our company to exchange and discuss life planning with the new employees of the company。And with our technical staff, Hubei Vocational and Technical College of environmental engineering teachers, in the urban sewage treatment engineering design and process debugging and other aspects of in-depth exchanges。
